It is incredibly disturbing that Barack Obama would willingly put his name on this bill in ink from his own pen. The act of signing this bill is not a mere broken promise; it is a refutation of character. Signing this bill is announcing the end of something important that people believed about Barack Obama.
I don’t really care if his veto would have been overridden. Some documents you just don’t sign. This was one of them.
